I shoot for a living. I don't teach for a living. Well I guess i make money from teaching but all im doing is just sharing Everything I do that leads to better photos, a better life, and higher income. I share it in SD Academy in real time. I even share the stuff i do that just doesn't work. Ill fail so you fail less - Sure I "made it" but "made it" doesn't mean anything. Theres no ceiling for growth and I wont stop pushing whats possible.. "made it" is poisonous. Anyways
$149/month. Your price locks the day you join but goes up for new people so its kind've like a real investment, a stock even (woah)
The stuff you get:
— 50+ lessons on shooting, editing, directing, pricing, pitching, and client communication. Updated constantly based on what I'm actually working on right now — not a curriculum I filmed two years ago and never touched. Well some of it is a few years ago but that stuff is good too. Its past present and future information - Yes im known to predict like a weather man
— The community — working photographers, serious beginners, people on real sets. Not a comment section of judgemental strangers. A network of people who are in the work. Friends. My friends. My new friends. This is a members club that also happens to have more access to information than any other course and constant feedback / accountability. The connections alone are worth the membership. Imagine your local coffee shop was just like minded people trying to innovate and make art and instead of coffee they sold knowledge. And coffee.
— Weekly Q&A — ask about your work, your pricing, your next move. I pick people and give Straight honest answers. Ask me anything, i'm an open book so just be careful what you ask cause ill answer honestly
— Full Zoom session recordings — every live Circle call archived. Every answer, every portfolio audit, every conversation. The Minimum cant join calls but yall can listen after and we do one of these for a couple hours every sunday.
— Preset packs, pricing frameworks, directing guides, and reference archives — the actual tools I use professionally. Not watered-down versions. Stuff Im using as I use it so you can use it the same or better. For example: If I find a new way to achieve a look with my film images, I tell yall. If I figure out how to make way more money, I tell yall. If I have inside information, it's now inside Academy information
— Exclusive drops, partnerships, and giveaways you won't hear about anywhere else. Gonna give away so much shit i hope I dont go bankrupt
— Film lab partnership — 10% off processing at NYC + LA Film Lab. Worldwide partnerships otw, one email at a time but its lookin better than good
— Refer-and-earn program — bring photographers you respect, get rewarded. 40% commission. refer 2 people and this is free. I make money, you make money. theres enough to share
— Discounted 1:1 mentorship and portfolio audits when you want dedicated time. Ill ask people outside the Academy for a filthy amount of money cause my time is valuable and id rather it be here with people I can really track the progress of. Thats the truth.
New lessons drop every week based on what I'm shooting and building. Not a static course. A living thing. Course implies pre filmed - this is closer to being live so that the info moves w the times and w members progress - its awesome. Your questions become my lessons. My progress becomes the curriculum. Your progress becomes unstoppable.
Im done talking, but one last question:
What would you pay to wake up each day better than you were the day before? Staying in the same place is really expensive.
